He was born 5/16/1916 and a lifelong resident of Williamson County, farmer and member of St.John Lutheran Church in Thrall.

SURVIVORS: 3 sisters, Mrs. John (Doris) Wernecke, Mrs. Emil (Alice) Kerlin of Thrall and Mrs. Leonard (Loraine) Roeske of Brenham; 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
