He was the son of the late Calvin Campbell and the late Elvira Campbell. He is also preceded in death by five brothers: Lawrence, Arley, Roy, Robert & Roland Campbell.
He is survived by his wife: Charlotte Sizemore Campbell; one daughter: Nikki (Jeremy) Osborne of Emmalena; two sons: Brandon (Mandy) Campbell of Louisville, KY & Cody (Courtney) Campbell of Ary, KY; two sisters: Shirley R. Campbell of Ary, KY & Sally J. Campbell of Ary, KY; two brothers: Orby (Pat) Campbell of Ary, KY & Eddie (Wilma) Campbell of Hazard, KY; six grandchildren: Mason, Logan, Sadie, Sawyer, Macy & Rhett and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
