Glenda Kay Clark, 66, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Friday, August 31, 2018, at her residence. She was born January 11, 1952, in Kingsport, to the late Lonnie and Betty Chandler Begley.

Glenda was a loving lady who always put others first. She was an accomplished chef who enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

Glenda was a committed Christian and a member of Pleasant Mount Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Connie Begley.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of forty-four years, Clarence “Butch” Clark; children, Anthony Begley, Jeff Fair (Loria), Stacy Clark and Melissa Brickey (Adam); eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 4, 2018, from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Fireside Room at Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 2:00 pm in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Begley officiating. Music will be provided by Rachael Pritchard.

The Committal Service will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Mausoleum III.

The care of Glenda Kay Clark and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.
