Funeral services for Pearl Turner, 90, of Florence, Mississippi, are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Lowe Funeral Home with Rev. Keefe Cropper, Brother Fred Morrow, and Dr. Paul Resweber officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Pearl Marie Turner was born July 30, 1928 in Lumbertonl, North Carolina to the late William R. and Lottie May (Taylor) Marston. She married Jim Turner on July 22, 1946. The two were married 64 years at the time of his passing in 2010. Pearl worked as an office manager for a communication company. She lived a quiet life and enjoyed playing computer games and watching western TV shows.

In 2012 she moved from Quitman to Mississippi. She was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church while living in Quitman.

Pearl passed away Monday morning, August 27, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William R. and Lottie May Marston; husband, Jim J. Turner; son-in-law, Larry Yancey.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters and son-in-law, Sheila Resweber and husband Dr. Paul Resweber of Florence, MS, and Anita Marie Yancey of Grenada, MS; two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Joe West, Charles West, Jacob West, Mark Yancey, Marcus Yancey, and Mikey Norris.
