Born Wednesday, September 18, 1963 in Jonesboro, Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her parents, Albert C. Flurry and Lonnette Barton Flurry.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Andrew Byron McCarty and Joseph Wayne McCarty; 8 grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Ann Almond; brother, Roger Dale Flurry; sister, Sandra Kaye Robertson; brother, Albert Wayne Flurry; uncle, Norman Barton; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at Southern Funeral Home, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
Graveside services will be held at 1:15 PM on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Brown Cemetery with Rev. Lamar Carpenter officiating.
