He was born January 9th, 1939 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Almon Collins and Irene Jones.
He was a loving husband and a wonderful father. Leonard was a retired package delivery driver and center manager for both Fed Ex and UPS. He enjoyed landscaping, gardening, and serving on the Village Harbor Board. He will always be remembered for his loyalty to his family and his commitment to his community.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Pauline; sons, Anthony Collins of Fort Smith, AR., Mark Collins of London, England; daughters, Daniela Collins-DeWitt of Rudy, AR., Jessica Collins-Imel of Bentonville, AR., and Belinda Milum of Paris.; 9 grandchildren, one sister and four brothers.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Edward’s Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith.
