Carl Darwin Larsen, 83, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 1st at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley; burial in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Carl was born on February 22, 1935 in Salt Lake City, UT, son of Darwin and Beulah (Bailey) Larsen. He was a member of the L.D.S. Ward in Odessa. He enjoyed sports, solitaire, watching his grandson play football, westerns, Perry Mason, and having good conversations. He especially loved his pets and his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Harriet Larsen on August 9, 2017; parents; and 1 granddaughter, Halee.

His survivors include his son, Carl W. Larsen (Michelle) of Blue Springs, MO; 4 grandchildren, Kalista Beebe (Colton), Haygan Larsen (Justin), William Larsen and Jayce Stewart; 3 great-grandchildren, Riyder, Isabellah and Lilah; and sister, Claudia Palassou of California.
