Mrs. Catherine Mary Fink
Mrs. Catherine Mary Fink, 86 sister of Mrs. Solomon (Annie) Leis of New Hamburg, died Saturday, June 21, in Avon Crest Hospital.
She was born in North Easthope Township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Raegele. She lived in Stratford most of her life. She was a member of Centennial United Church and the Golden Age Club. Her husband, George William Fink, died in 1944.
Surviving is one son, Herbert William Fink, 47 Douro St., one brother, George Roegele, 272 Railway Ave, three sisters, Mrs Solomon (Annie) Leis, New Hamburg; Mrs. Clarence (Florence) Pepper, 162 West Gore St.; Mrs. William (Barbara) Wein, Vancouver; three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at the Heinbuck Funeral Home, Stratford, last Tuesday, with burial taking place in Avondale cemetery.

Note: several family members seem to have been omitted from the obituary, in particular, daughters Alberta and Dorene, but both predeceased their mother. Catherine had at least 10 brothers and sisters: 4 survived her, 6 predeceased her
