BEVERLY LEE RICHARDS, 83, of Hagerstown, passed away, Thursday, August 30, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her family. Born December 21, 1934 in Clear Spring, Maryland she was the daughter of the late, Harold L. and Catherine O. (Leasure) Kelley. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by her brother, Harold "Frank" Kelley.

Mrs. Richards was a 1952 graduate of Clear Spring High School. She retired in 1997 from the Washington County Board of Education as a secretary at Clear Spring Elementary School. Mrs. Richards was a member of Haven Lutheran Church, Hagerstown; a Honorary Life member of the Maryland Congress of Parents and Teachers Inc. and and a Honorary member of the Washington County Association of Educational Office Personnel.

She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, John A. Richards whom she married March 3, 1992; three sons, Dale, Daniel and Todd Faith; five grandchildren and her first husband, Elwood Faith.

Funeral services will be conducted at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
