Eva Juliann Brown, 99, of Leck Kill, died peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, at the Green Valley Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Pitman.
She was born Aug. 20, 1919, in Klingerstown, a daughter of the late William O. and Pearl M. (Klinger) Klinger.
She was educated in Klingerstown area schools and a life-long farmer's wife.
Eva was a member of the St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Klingerstown, and a former member of the Idella Rebekah Lodge #58, Dornsife.
Eva is survived by one daughter, Sandra M. Angst of Pillow; one daughter-in-law, Miriam J. Seifrit of Fleetwood; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther E. Brown on June 8, 2004; six brothers, Carlos E., Homer A., Ralph R., Raymond M., Paul W. and Guy J.; four sisters, Stella M. Klinger, Vinnie A. Strohecker, Helen I. Wolfgang, Lucy A. Clark; one son, Richard C. Seifrit; and one grandson, Miguel S. Harner.
A viewing will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at St. Michael's Lutheran Church,
Klingerstown, followed by the funeral at 10, with the Rev. Jonathan Jenkins officiating.
Interment will follow in St Michael's Church Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St Michael's Lutheran Church,
Klingerstown.
