EAST LIVERPOOL — Ruth Ann Betlyn, 57, of East Liverpool, passed away, Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, at her home, following a lengthy illness.
Born, Sept. 18, 1960, she is a daughter of Leon Betlyn of Coraopolis, Pa., and the late Lillian Betlyn.
A graduate of Moon High School and St. Francis School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, she was an EMT. She was a Christian by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Burke of East Liverpool; three daughters: Sara Ann Burke of East Liverpool, and Jesse Francis Burke and Alexandria Cathrin Burke, both of Aliquippa, Pa.; a son, Kevin Paligi, one brother and four sisters; and four grandchildren.
