A service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Northeast Presbyterian Church with Dr. George D. Crow, III and Reverend Eric Walter officiating. Private burial will be held at Sandy Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Cassatt. The family will receive friends prior to the service in the atrium of Northeast Presbyterian Church from 1 PM until 2 PM. The family expresses sincere gratitude for the excellent care provided for their mom and the entire family by the wonderful staff of Heartstrings Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Northeast Presbyterian Church, 601 Polo Road, Columbia, SC 29223. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
