Elrena Lorraine Lester passed away May 10, 2015 on Mothers Day a very appropriate day. She was the very best Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother anyone could ask for. She was married to William Parr until his death and later married Dowie Lester. She is survived by two sisters Juanita Raab and Freda Rickson and one brother Dick Keller all of Topeka. She has lived in Florida for the last 20 years and is survived by one Daughter Sandra Luetje and two sons Darrel Parr and Darwin Parr, 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 14 Great Great Grandchildren. We would like to celebrate, remember and honor Elrena. She was beloved by many as Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great Great Grandmother, Sister and friend. Elrena always found time for her family and friends. She took great pleasure in sharing meals with us. She gave a great deal of kindness to everyone she met. Her greatest gift was just that: kindness. She always offered kindness with words and giving. She was a tender, loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend. Elrena will live on in our memories. She lives on in the quiet joys and lessons she brought to our lives. Above all else, her wisdom, kindness and compassion will be with us forever.
