He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Hubert and Lola Jackson Autry; and a sister, Judith Autry Sessoms.
He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church since 1972, a member of the United States Army National Guard and a Past Master of Roseboro Masonic Lodge #585.
He was the husband of Lou W. Autry of the home.
