".....I bequeath to my sons Joseph, Curtis, John, & Samuel each the
Sum of thirty dollars. Further it is my will that my real estate be
rented to the best advantage for the term of two years after my death;
and that the one third of the rents arising there from (after paying
for all necessary repairs, such as making fences, sprouting fence rows,
and other necessary repairs, which is my desire to be done) shall be
paid to my wife Jane, at which time I wish my real estate to be sold to
the highest bider and the one third of the purchase money to remain a
lien on said real estate, and the interest thereof to be anually paid
to my wife Jane during her natural life time, and the remainder of my
real and personal estate I wish to be divided between my sons Joseph,
Curtis, John,& Samuel, and Rebecca intermarried with Philip Hileman,
and Susanah intermarried with John Andrew.
