Mary Emma Hamilton, 87, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Mary was born on March 14, 1931 in Leon, Kentucky to Clarence and Lulu (Stamper) Gee.
While living in the Mansfield area her entire life, Mary enjoyed winters in Florida, and traveling with her husband in her early years. Later in life, she enjoyed working picture puzzles, crosswords, word search, a good book, family picnics, and watching the Wheel of Fortune.
She is survived by her children, Gary Hamilton of North Carolina, Ron (Joann) Hamilton of Lakeland, FL, Gregory (Laurel) Hamilton of Leechburg, PA, Patricia (Everett) Lewis of Big Fork, MT, William (Teresa) Hamilton of Butler, OH, Barry Hamilton of Ontario, OH, and Marianne (James) King of Mansfield, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Hamilton; and a son, Danny Lee Hamilton.
Friends and family may visit from 1:30-2:30 pm. on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Ontario Home Of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Road. The funeral will follow at 2:30 pm with Pastor Edward M. Kelly officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
