Daniel G. Hart
Daniel G. Hart, of Scituate, peaceful passed away at home surrounded by his loving family members, after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at the age of 56 years.
He was the devoted husband of Lisa (Polaski) Hart of 28 years and together for a lifetime. He was a loving father to three children: a daughter and two sons. The son of Maureen (Fitzgerald) Hart and the late Charles Guy Hart and son-in-law of the late Julia and Philip Polaski. He is also survived by his sister and his brother. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs Gabby and Cali who were great companions and stayed by his side throughout his illness.
Born on September 6, 1961, Daniel lived in Dorchester where he forever called his home and had many fond memories. Danny lived and raised his family in Scituate since 1992 where he called home and made many memories. He was actively involved with the sports programs throughout the years, wherein he formed close friendships.
He was a United States Army veteran and served honorably in the Army Reserves. Daniel was a generous and loyal friend who would be the first to come to the aid of the less fortunate and needy. He was a family man that valued his time with his family and their adventures together. Daniel was an avid sports fan and especially loved to follow the Celtics. He will be sadly missed by all.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Scituate.
