Mary Sears passed away peacefully on Monday morning at her home in Edmond, OK. Mary lived a big life. She was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, yet surprisingly never developed a true appreciation for The Office. Mary was the oldest of three sisters. Mary was a true first-born child. She was wicked funny, a little sarcastic, loving and kind, generous, very intelligent, and just a little bossy. This made for a wonderful wife, sister, mother, and grandmother.

Mary had been an airline stewardess and a psychiatric nurse. She lived in some beautiful places in her life: Long Island, NY, Kansas City, MO, Scottsdale, AZ, Seattle, WA, and Edmond, OK.

Mary leaves her sisters: Nancy Alexander and Beverly Bushey. daughters: Nancy Gwin, Judi Young, and Beth Woodward, grandchildren: Carly & Kyle Patterson, Tyler & Logan Young, and Laura Woodward, one month ago, Mary became a great-grandmother to little Owen Young. She enjoyed Skyping with little Owen shortly after he was born (although they both required some technological assistance).

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Robert Sears, who took exceptional care of her for many years before he died. They will both be greatly missed.
