Holly was born July 27, 1955, in Cedar Rapids to Earl and Mary (Carroll) Decker. She graduated from Washington High School
and later made her career in environmental services at St. Luke’s Hospital.
She enjoyed bingo, shopping, the ocean, and vacations with her family.
Holly is survived by her daughter, Terra Tusing (fiancé Joel Hendrix); grandchildren: Ethan Ullrick, and Mardelle Hendrix; mother, Mary Decker; and brothers, Earl (Linda), Dennis and Errol Decker.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Decker and grandmother, Cecelia Carroll.
Memorials in Holly’s name may be directed to the family.
