Billy Frank Horn, Sr., age 84, passed away on August 26, 2018 in Idabel, OK.
He was born on May 26, 1934 in Arkinda, AR, the son of Hubert and Benton (Brown) Born.
Bill married Delores “Dee”, on October 11, 1963 in Pasadena, TX.
Bill grew up in Hugo, OK where he went to school.
He joined the Air Force in 1952 during the Korean War. He was a Mason and a member since 1972.
Bill worked as a Millwright for Brown & Root for 22 years at the Weyerhaeuser Company in Valliant, OK. After working shutdowns he went on to work several years with Choctaw County Rural Water District 2 as an operator, reading meters.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Horn, Mother, Benton (Brown) Horn and sister, Alice Teague.
Bill is survived by his wife, Dee of the home; Son, Billy Horn, Jr. of Valliant, OK; Daughters, Kathy Spalla of Durant, OK, Cheri Lopez of Harlingen, TX, Robbie Bottorff of Pasadena, TX and Lisa Knight of LaPort, TX; Billy had fifteen grandchildren, and twenty six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 ~ 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home ~ 201 East Wilson Street Valliant, OK.
