Dye, Lois, 95, of Beavercreek, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 to be with the Lord. Lois was born in Dayton, Ohio, June 12, 1921. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Laura and Edward Bundenthal, husband Ralph Dye and daughter Georgia Flynn Peace. She is survived by her children Laura Giles and husband Tom, Donna Tyler and husband Mike, Bill Dye and wife Kathi, Jane Wampler and husband Wyatt. Lois had 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed and always remembered, being a devoted Christian. She enjoyed being with family and friends who enjoyed her great cookies and pies and enjoyed playing cards. She was a member of the East Dayton Church of Christ, a longtime resident of Fairwood Village, past president of the PTA at Lewton Elementary School and was a volunteer for 15 years at D.C.D.C. Preschool known as “grandma Lois”. Funeral services will be 10 AM Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd at Grange Hall Rd. Rev. Scot Van Dyke officiating. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
