Virginia Waldrep Simmons, 98, wife of the late Henry Young Simmons, died August 10, 2018.
Born in Piedmont, she was the daughter of the late William and Mallie Bennett Waldrep.
She is survived by three nephews, Robert L. Waldrep, Jr., Richard A. Waldrep and Douglas Huff; three nieces, Pamela Nipper, Susan W. Bolton and Vicki Huff.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by son, John W. Simmons.
Burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
