Born May 30, 1929 in Panguitch, Utah to John and Suzanne Prince. Married Shirlee Mae Jackson Sept. 22, 1947, later solemnized in the LDS Temple. Ardon was in the restaurant business for 25 years,
including Prince's Cafe in Midvale, and the Hy Cafe in Cottonwood. Owned and operated Prince's Gas And Grub convenience store in Samak, Utah for 23 years. He was nationally known for making the "World's Best Jerky". He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and horses. He was a member of the LDS Church.
Survived by his wife of 54 years, Shirlee, two sons: John (Julie) and Ken. ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and four sisters.
Services will be held Thurs., March 21, 2002 , 11:00 a.m. at Lake Hills Memorial Estates, 10055 So. State St. Where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 E. 7800 So., Salt Lake City, Utah.
