Linda S. Frazier, 70, of Middletown, died Monday, August 20, 2018, at her home.

She was born in Quincy, Kentucky on December 25, 1947 to parents Hoge and Mary Frances (Jordan) Tabor.

Linda spent her life being a homemaker for her family. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge.

Ms. Frazier is survived by her husband Silas Lewallen; daughters, Tina (Dale) Rupp &Wendy (Lee) Sipple; brothers, Jerry (Rita) Graham, Don (Glenda) Tabor, Charles Tabor & John (Cheryl) Greene; sisters, Sharon (Doug) Salley & Bonnie Cox; grandchildren, Kylie, Kayla, Seth & Tristan; 21 nieces & nephews; & many great nieces & nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William Graham; & sister, Freda Graham.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Sharon Wilson officiating.

Visitation will be prior to the service from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
