Charlotte Ann Bullington, age 82, passed away at Alive Hospice in Rutherford County August 23, 2018. She spent her last final days surrounded by her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Babe. Charlotte retired as an Inmate Time Coordinator with the Rutherford County Correctional Work Center and attended World Outreach Church. She had a love for horses and a passion for gardening.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Doody and Margrie Ellett and step-father, Rufus Purdum Ellett, Jr.; daughter, Robyn Bullington; and sister, Lola Grace Thompson. She is survived by her daughters, Margee (Marty) Belk, Deborah Barnes, Elizabeth (Randy) Watkins; sons, Donald (Cindy) Barnes, Dr. David (Denise) Barnes, James (Tina) Barnes; brother, Ricky (Nancy) Ellett; fourteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM until time of chapel service at 1:00 PM at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home with Tyler Barnes speaking. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
