He enjoyed watching wrestling and old western movies and listening to old western music. He loved his dog, Snoop, and visiting with friends. He was a man with a heart of gold and was very friendly.
Survivors include four children: Helen Hunter, of Tuba City, Robert Jackson, of Blackwater, Byron Nelson Sr., of Casa Grande, and Arzie Thomas Hogg, of Blackwater; four siblings: Mike and Ricky Lynch, of Coolidge, Connie Walker, of Risco, MO, and Sherry Owen of Aguila; 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife; and three siblings: Shirley Brown, Linda O'Dell and Dwight Lynch.
Visitation beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 24, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel, with service at 9.
Burial in Heritage Valley Memorial Park.
