Following Joseph's death in the Civil War, she married Edward W. Vann on December 7, 1865.
It is assumed she died some time between 1900 and 1910. She is widowed living with Effie Anderson Jowers on the 1900 Census, aged 76. No record of her has been found on the 1910 Census.
I heard she may be buried at Perry's Chapel Cemetery in Clarke County, Alabama, but have no definite proof. Much of her immediate family is in the same cemetery.
