Ernest “Ernie” Clayton Clark of Southlake, Texas passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, August 19th, 2018.

Ernie was born February 6, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas to Roy Ernest Clark and Annella Clark. He was a graduate of Eastern Hills High School. After high school, Ernie enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington. He started work at LTV and worked in the computer industry for most of his career, ending his career as an IT Consultant.

Ernie loved doing many things during his life. This included traveling with his wife, reading science fiction, arguing politics and sitting on his back porch enjoying his yard and pool.

Ernest Clayton Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Annella Clark and his brother, George Robert Clark.

Ernie is survived by his loving wife of thirty years, Paula Clark, his daughter, Terisa Clark Sims and husband Scott, son Alexander Clayton Clark, and grandchildren, John-Phillip Clark Sims and Rylee Annella Sims.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10:00 am at Grapevine Cemetary, 700 N. Dooley Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
