Her children are Paul and Jan Pulsinelli and Valerie Moyer, Mary Pursell, Lynn Combs, and Patty Elie. Also surviving is her step daughter Cindy (Shaffer) Husband.
Her parents were Winfield "Bill" and Mary (Kane) Capron. She is survived by her brother Carl Capron.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Esther Circle.
Dorothy died at the Pickering House, a hospice center. She was laid to beside her first husband Valerio.
