Paul W. Leonard was the son of Regis William and Dorothy Virginia Leonard. He served in the US Navy from 1950-1954. He worked for the Department of Defense as a comptroller with the Defense Logistics Agency for over 30 years. After retiring from the DoD, he worked for Booz Allen Hamilton until finally retiring again and relocating to Florida. Survivors include two children, four grandchidlren and four great grandchildren.
