ROBERSON, ROSE WARD, 88 Ocala - Rose Ward Roberson, 88, passed May 5, 2007 at the Tuscany Hospice House. She was born in Detroit, MI and moved to Ocala in 1925 from there. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Ocala. She is survived by her husband, William E. "Bud" Roberson of Ocala; daughters, Martha R. (Doug) Krause and Katherine R. Borden; sons, John F. (Barbara G.) Roberson and Timothy E. (Leslie S.) Roberson, all of Ocala. 9 grandchildren, John & Clint Krause, Kelley Spears, Robyn Roberson, Daniel, Kristyna & Nikki Borden, Trey & Andie Roberson, and 5 great grandchildren, Savannah & Saylor Spears, Trusten, Madison & William Krause. The family will receive friend from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 7th at ROBERTS FUNERAL HOMES, Downtown Chapel, 606 SW 2nd Ave., Ocala. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8th at the funeral home with Dr. Ed Johnson officiating. Private interment services will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation may be to the First Baptist Church of Ocala or the donors charity of choice.
