Donald was born in Washington, District of Columbia a son of the late Floyd and Mary Marks. He was a Veteran of the US Navy serving during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement he was a member of the Iron Workers Union. He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle and traveling.
Donald is survived by his brother, Ronald Marks of Belleview, FL, daughter, Nicole Marks and lifelong friend, Joseph White of Fort Pierce, FL, cousins, David Marks and Darla and Robert Hall.
