OBITUARY, Pueblo Chieftain, Pueblo, Colorado, Wednesday, August 22, 2018:
Wanda Marie Day, born July 26, 1930, to Curnel and Mary Sharp, passed away peacefully on Aug. 18, 2018.
She was greeted in heaven by her loving husband, Lester; son-in-law, Bob; and granddaughter, Kimberly.
She leaves behind four children, Joe (Ginger) Wilson, Dixie (Dave) Evel, Michael (Wong) Wilson, Sheila (Robert) Trujillo; five step-children, Danny (Darla) Day, Floyd (Rita) Day, Jay Day, Jesse (Delores) Medina, Darlene (Patrick) Mckenna. She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who will miss her Eskimo and butterfly kisses. She was the light of our lives, full of happiness and love.
A viewing will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Aug. 22, at Imperial Funeral Home.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, also at Imperial.
