Betty Bowers age 75 years of Winchester, Ohio died Saturday December 26, 2009 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Bowers was born on September 3, 1934 the daughter of the late Otto Conley and Effie (Underwood) Combs in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
Survivors include her son Michael Smith of Winchester, Ohio; one sister Barbara Sellers and Bill of Goshen, Ohio; one granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home, West Union, Ohio, with Tim Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Ash Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 the day of the service at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
