EPSOM, N.H. - Burton C. "Sonny" Dense, 59, died Nov. 13, 2002, at Concord Hospital
He was born Feb. 24, 1943, in Rochester, the son of George and Dorothy (Morse) Dense.
He worked as a bus driver and later was self-employed as a tree cutter and handyman until he suffered a stroke 14 years ago.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing cards, playing the guitar, singing and country music.
Survivors include a daughter, Mindy Welch of White River Junction, Vt.; two sisters, Jane Libby of Windsor, Vt., and Judith Richy of Springfield, Vt.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by a brother, James Dense in 1961; and his mother, Dorothy Hutchins in 1984.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 23, at 11 a.m. at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction, Vt. Burial will follow in Hartford Cemetery.
