He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Della Mabel Collins (Dillon), and siblings, Dorothy (Lockhart), Charlie, Cecil, Rex, and Max Collins. Victor is survived by one son, Victor L. Collins Jr. (Bo) and his wife Debbie. ; siblings David Collins, Charlotte Rummer, and Linda Donley, and numerous nieces and nephews. Victor was a resident of Mt. Orab, OH at the time of his death, and was a retired machinist for FKI. His funeral was at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home of Bethel, OH, and burial in Tate Township Cemetery, also known as " Bethel Cemetery", in Bethel, OH.
