Charlotte Bell, 84, of Gays Mills, passed away on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016 at Sannes Skogdalen Nursing Home in Soldiers Grove.
She was born near Soldiers Grove on August 14, 1931 to Dowaine and Mabel (Potts) Conley. She worked at Peoples State Bank in Soldiers Grove for sixteen years. She married Lynn Bell, Jr. on May 29, 1965 at the Soldiers Grove Church of Christ. They farmed near Bell Center for many years. In 1990 they moved to Gays Mills.
