Billy was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Ray Drummond, Shannon Drummond and Casey Drummond.
Funeral services Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Crestview Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Gardens.
