Bob was preceded in death by his parents: Troy and Stella Bivens; Sister: Wilma Casteel; and Brother: Carl Stanley Bivens.
He is survived by his wife: Darlene Bivens; Brother: Bruce and Edi Bivens: Sister-in-law: Cindy Bivens; Children: Diane and Kerry Hodges, David Bivens, Linda Holloway. Grandchildren: Jonathan and Racheal Petty, Halee Bivens, Cassidy McSpadden, Emily Holloway, and Jennifer Holloway; Great Grandchildren: Reagan Petty, Hannah McSpadden, and Julian Petty; Nephews: Mike Casteel, Greg Casteel, Anthony Bivens, and Adam Bivens; and Niece Kelly Cook.
Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Tim Townsend officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the graveside service and interment.
