Juanita Ruth Gibson was born July 16, 1965, to Roger Lee and Johnnie Mae Williams. She was the fourth of seven children. She was born in Crossett, Arkansas.
Juanita departed her life on August14,2018,in Kansas City, Missouri.
Juanita was Baptized at the Pleasant Green Baptist Church in Crossett, Arkansas, under the leadership of the late Reverend Porter Jasper. Later in life she joined the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, in Camden Arkansas under the leadership of Reverend Earl Anderson.
She was preceded in death by both parents, the late Roger Lee Williams, Sr, and Johnnie Mae Jones and one daughter, Jasmine Williams.
Juanita Ruth Gibson leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Willie James Gibson, Jr.; her daughter, Tuneca (Jermaine) Lindsey; two brothers, James and Roger Lee Williams, Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri; four sisters: Middie Perriman and Mary Taylor of Kansas City, Missouri, Doris Smith, of Camden, Arkansas and Willie Mae Williams of Kansas City, Kansas; two grand- children, Jazmyn and Willie Jams Gibson, III; her Companion and most recent Caregiver, Fredrick (Mack) Moore; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; her estranged husband, Willie James Gibson, Sr.; a sister-in-law, Beverly Ann (Tyrone) Golden both of Camden, Arkansas; and a host of friends.
Funeral Service for Juanita Ruth Gibson will be held Saturday, August 25, 11:00 a.m. at the Watkins heritage Chapel, 4000 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Heritage Chapel.
