Paul O. Robbins, 87, of Cleveland, AL., passed away on August 23, 2017. Mr. Robbins retired after 23 years of service with General Motors and was passionate about fishing and raising his flowers.

He is preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Allie Mae Ledbetter Robbins; wife, Louise Imogene McCay Robbins; sisters, Doris Parker, Lois Owens, Jessie May Ivy, Essie Mae Dover, Pearlie Sandlin, Ruth and Ruby; brothers, John Robbins, Charles Robbins, Bob Robbins, Elbert Robbins and Rouker Thomas.

Survivors include wife, Mary Robbins of Cleveland; daughters, Emma Lou Meyer of Pennsylvania and Betty Lois Hock (Frederick) of Cleveland; sons, Ernest Lee Robbins of Guntersville, Virgil Lynn Robbins (Kim) of Illinois and Walter Owens Robbins (Regina) of Kentucky; 16 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren and great great grands; step children, Danny Ray Alexander of Jasper, Vonda Grayson of Coon Creek and Judy Alexander of Arizona; sister-in-law, Lillie Robbins of Illinois.

Bro. Jerry Alexander will officiate funeral services on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 11AM from the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home with burial following at Mt. Joy Cemetery. Mr. Robbins will lie in state at Lemley Funeral Home on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 5:30PM until 8PM and on Saturday from 8AM until service time.
