Nathan Andrew Thompson, 32, died in a work related accident.

Nathan Andrew Thompson, 32, of Princeton, died Thursday, August 16, 2018. Born February 1, 1986 in Princeton, he was the son of Freal Thompson, Jr. of Kegley and Nancy Lilly Thompson of Camp Creek.
Nathan was a Courtesy Patrol employee for the WV Parkways Authority. He was a survivalist who loved the outdoors and his family. He was always there for anyone who needed help.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gabby Lilly; and nephew, Richard Lambert.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his paternal grandparents, Freal and Eleanor Thompson of Kegley; his maternal grandmother, Dina Lilly of Camp Creek; longtime friend and former wife, Crystal Chavez; two brothers, Jason Thompson and wife Lisa of Princeton and Samuel Thompson and wife Tessa of Kegley; six nieces and nephews, J.J. and Kaylee Thompson, Lee, D.J. and Michael Thompson and Leksi Shrader; many aunts, uncles and cousins; many special friends, including Zachary Howington, and Daniel Fuller; and very special friend, Rosemary Stanley.
Honoring Nathan's request the body will be cremated. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
