Russell Dean Lee

Redding, CA

Russell Dean Lee, age 47, passed away after a short illness on Monday, August 6th, 2018, at UCSF Hospital.

Russell is survived by his wife, Amber; his children, Jason and Travis; his mother Karen; his sisters, Cindy and Sonya; his brother, Corey; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his Father, Warren Dean Lee.

Russell was born in Redding on July 4, 1971 to Dean and Karen Lee. He graduated from Enterprise High School and followed in his father's footsteps working at the family business, Lee's Honda. He then successfully opened his own business in 2014, Northern Trailer Supply & RV.

Russell was a devoted father and husband. He could always be found cheering on his sons sporting games or down at the fair supporting his boys at 4-H. He loved to spend time with his wife doing life; traveling, exploring antique stores, garage sales, and just spending time together. He loved everything outdoors, his passion was dirt bike riding and fishing. When not at work or outdoors he could be found watching a Raiders game, working on puzzles, collecting antique fishing lures, taking pride in his home he built, or enjoying his ice cream that he loved so much. He enjoyed spending time with all of his family and his friends.

A Funeral Memorial Worship is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on August 20 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2440 Hilltop Dr. Reverend Brian K. Cummins will officiate. Private family burial at Halcumb Cemetery, Montgomery Creek. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Russell may be made to the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, PO Box 45339 San Francisco, CA. 94145.

Russell will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was one of a kind; always selfless, honorable, humble, all while having a great sense of humor.
