He was born in Butler, Dec. 5, 1979, to Charles K. Roxberry Sr. and Deborah Fallen Roxberry.
He was a 1999 graduate of Moniteau High School.
He worked for MPW, which is a company that works for AK Steel cleaning tanks and vats.
He was a member of the St. Louis Church in West Sunbury.
He is survived by his parents; a brother, Cody Roxberry and his wife, Marissa, of West Sunbury; a nephew, Logan Roxberry of West Sunbury; a paternal grandmother, Thelma Roxberry of Parker; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Craig Roxberry, who died at the age of 6 in 1991; a paternal grandfather, Lawrence Roxberry; and maternal grandparents, John and Catherine Leitem Fallen.
