Many of his sons settled on the Ohio River. Adonijah and wife and 1 son and 1 daughter came to Fayette Co., Ind. P. 159 Barrows History Fayette Co. lists him 11 children; Gabriel Morgan, b. N.C. 1782 ( by 1st wife ) Other 10 children are by his 2nd wife; Amazia, b. Greene Co. TN, 25 Dec. 1786; Lewis b. 13 Nov 1788 Greene Co. Tenn. d. Jackson Co., Iowa; Ibby, b. 1790 TN; John Blair Morgan, b. 1791, Tenn., d. Ross Co. OH, m. Marie Louisa McDonald; Dorcas, b. KY; Ruth B. Morgan, b. KY.; Margaret Morgan, b. KY 1802, d. 1827; Adonijah Morgan, Jr. b. KY 1804, d. Dade Co. Mp., m. Betsy William and Sarah Morgan, bought land here in 1819. A William Morgan and daughter are also buried in Lick Creek Cemetery; Jane Clo Morgan, b.
