Several of her designs have been produced in the United States and Denmark. She later extended her skills into the arts of printmaking, photography and photocollage, much of her work inspired by forms in nature and later developing more abstract compositions derived from man-made objects.
She was one of the first members of the Cambridge Art Association and was a member of the Concord Art Association, the Copley Society; and exhibited widely, her work recognized with many awards.
For many years, she worked as a volunteer at the McLean Hospital in Belmont, introducing patients to the art of printmaking and organizing exhibitions of their work. She was an early exhibitor at the Cary Memorial Library in Lexington, where a new gallery has been named for her and her husband.
