Nadine Ruth Cook, age 57 of Douglasville, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. She was born on April 11, 1961 in Springfield, Illinois, daughter of the late Carl Cook and the late Virginia Thomas Cook. She loved music, especially Prince, and she was an avid Tennessee Volunteer fan.
She is survived by her fiancé, Tony Dean; children; Ashley and Jaclyn Kay, Carla Meredith, Matthew Meredith and Curtis and Shealey Powell, Jr.; and 15 grandchildren; brothers, Clay Cook and Carl Cook, Jr.
Per her family’s wishes, she was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Hightower’s Memorial Chapel, Douglasville, Georgia, has charge of the arrangements.
