George Sisson, Route 2, Enterprise passed away at Watkins Memorial Hospital Dec. 28 at the age of 52.
Funeral services were held Dec 29 at 2:00 p.m., at Souenlovie Baptist Church with the Revs. R. E. Owens, Charles Barnes and D. Elton Brown officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie M. Sisson; three daughters, Mrs. Essie Mae Arrington, Quitman; Miss Mattie Lois Martin and Miss Brenda Martin, Enterprise; two sons, Fred Sisson, Columbia, S. C. and LeRoy Sisson, Enterprise; mother; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Culver, Sparta, Ga., and Mrs. Cecil McClellan, Heidelberg; six brothers, Ernest and Roy, Pachuta; Jim and Otto, Enterprise; Charles, Memphis, Tenn., and William Curtis Sisson, Mobile, Ala.; one grandchild.
Pallbearers were James, J. L., Otho, Jerry and Kenny Roy Sisson and Sonny Jones.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon in the Souenlovie Baptist church for George Sisson, 52, route 2, Enterprise, with the Rev. Charles Barnes and the Rev. D. Elton Brown officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery with Walters funeral home, Quitman in charge.
Mr. Sisson died in Watkins Memorial hospital Wednesday morning. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie M. Sisson, route 2, Enterprise; two sons, Fred, of Columbia, S. C, and Leroy of Enterprise; one daughter, Mrs. Essie Mae Arrington, Quitman; two step-daughters, Miss Mattie Lois Culver, Sparta, Ga., and Mrs. Cecil McClellan, Heidelberg, Mississippi; six brothers, Earnest and Roy, Pachuta, Jim and Otto, Enterprise, Charles, Memphis, Tenn., and William Curtis Sisson, Mobile, Ala., and one grandchild.
