Gary Dean Phipps, 59, died Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming.
Gary was born Wednesday, April 8, 1959 in Lusk, Wyoming the son of Charles Rodney and Shirley May (Jordan) Phipps. He graduated from the Glenrock High School in 1977.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Phipps, of Casper; mother, Shirley Phipps, of Glenrock; children, Michelle Phipps and Erin Marie Salway both of Casper and Pat Phipps of Douglas; brother, John Phipps of Casper; and grandchildren, Brynlee Salway and Liam Salway.
Gary was preceded in death by his father, Rodney, on June 19, 1984 and brothers, Bruce Phipps and Joseph Phipps.
