Dennis Keith Douglas 47, died January 27, 2005 at his residence in Indianapolis. Mr. Douglas was born on April 8, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to Goldman and Dolores (Cruz) Douglas. He was a graduate of Southport High School and worked for SBC as a Manger for the past ten years. Survivors include his wife, Carol Douglas whom he married on October 17, 2003; sons Spencer and Taylor; daughter, Amanda Douglas; mother, Dolores Douglas; brother, Ronald Douglas; sister, DeLores Rose Henderson. Mr. Douglas was preceded in death by his father. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, State Road 135 Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
